Members and non-members can rent the hall in our clubhouse for wedings, receptions, birthday parties, meetings, etc.

 

Members: $75 donation with a $150 clean-up/damage deposit.

Non-members: $150 fee with a $150 clean-up/damage deposit.

We Have a kitchen with a commercial size double sink, electic stove and refrigerator.

The hall has an area of 2400 square feet with a covered outside patio - 8' x 60' = 480 square feet.

 

There is Heat but no air conditioning in our clubhouse so please factor that in when renting.
