CAPITOL CITY CONSERVATION CLUB
        Caretaker wanted for the upkeep and maintenance of our
property located at 1116 W Troy Ave, Indianapolis In 46225
        Must be able to operate a tractor with bush-hog, grader
box and other attachments, maintain and use riding mower,
lawnmower, weed eater, chain saw, etc. Must be mechanically
inclined. Caretaker responsibilities also includes checking
people on the property for membership cards to make sure
only members are there. Must live on the property.
       Salary includes a house to live in with utilities paid plus
$400 a month.
